Each C&C garden plot comes infused with the usual essential stuff, but there are additional features. Straw has been added to prevent weeds from growing and your garden will now be safe from rabbits, gophers and pets. No more ruined crops. Just add seeds, water, and love to produce fantastic plants every time. When you harvest your crops, you will get seeds from the vegetables (but not always, it will vary), which means not as much running to your local market to buy seeds. Your Sim will now gain interest points (weather, food, outdoors), body skill points and active personality points, and have fun while doing gardening chores. Your Sim kids can now enjoy the full gardening experience, planting, harvesting and fertilizing, and they also gain weather and outdoors interest points, active personality points, plus school grade points, and even the occasional rewarding of money for helping out in the garden. We suspect he fell asleep during classes because - ahem - they are a few things he totally misunderstood! He is cheaper than his old counterpart and has no real notion of time and will always come very early in order to prepare breakfast for the kids before they go to school! Also the first time you will hire him, when C&C staffing agency will tell you "Cary will come over immediately", "immediately" is not tomorrow but within the next hour! Try to hire him early in the morning because a full day will be due even if he only worked a few hours! The very first mission of a normal qualified butler when entering a new house is to call the maid and the gardener, not Cary (we told you he fell asleep during classes!). He seems to enjoy gardening and taking care of the house in his classy outfits! Good for you, the less NPCs to block your way the better right? Cary is a fully qualified handyman and makes a point of repairing by himself whatever needs it. Also Cary knows how to recognize all C&C fridges plus a few others (hey you didn't think we'll make a super fridge without hacking that fellow no?). He spontaneously cooks when you are just hungry and not when you are already starving! He knows if some of the A La Carte Menu food is already there. He will also cook some A La Carte food even if you don't have the fridge! (Make sure you download the food files though!) Cary is a hi-tech butler! He doesn't need to come to you first to follow your orders: Cary has a mobile, so you or your kids can just give him a buzz from where you are and he will do what you want! Handy in big houses. Cary loves so much his phone that even if he is in the same room as you he will insist on being called! (Weird? Well remember the garden is one room!!). Great because then we just have the dressers you need: C&C's Anywhere Dressers, they don't take any space since they can be placed anywhere you like but walls, the pool and the ceiling! Well, we thought you might not need one over there! But that's not all these smart little space savers can do! They hide a fully operative dresser from where you can get for free all the clothes you'll normally have to buy from expensive clothes shops! I'll bet you didn't notice that everytime you buy a new outfit, the former one disappears from your wardrobe! I highly suspect this is happening while you are inside the changing booth and not paying attention! Or is it that Maxis thought we can only count up to one? No need to even be friends to sleep together since each side is separated! 			Is it a fridge, or is it a pantry? Both actually! Store your crops, some of your grocery items   and even your homemade preserves  and you'll eat for free! Otherwise, like with any regular fridge, you'll have to spend some simoleons for your meals. Meals? Are we talking about that hardly filling old worn out steak and beans again? Of course NOT! This little wonder can store cakes  , pizzas   and salads   as well as a full menu of 28 meals for your cooking pleasure including some Asian delicacies! And depending on what you eat, food cost will vary. Who said a lobster   costs the same as a roast chicken  ? A sandwich   will not be as filling as a hearty plate of spaghetti   (that one should last you for the day) and some group meals will extend to serve 8 people. Your pets, cats and dogs, will be also able to safely enjoy most of this wide variety of delectable light meals and main courses. Thanks to the antimicrobial action of our space-age dielectric coated dishware your food will be preserved up to 12 hours without refrigeration (for those who didn't pay attention it used to be 8 hours!) and even spoiled will no longer produce any bothersome flies (the flies you have noticed for sure!) OK, we hate heavy cheats which kill the fun, but thoughout several forums blackroses keep on being requested and the only way to get them seem to be a star. Where is the interest of the instant fame charm then? You can now buy blackroses from any fooddisplay counter, which means don't look for them in your buy catalog, your Sims need to buy them not you! Remade to look nicer when you buy them!

It’s been a hard week! Off to the grocery store after work to be sure you have everything for the coming party. What time hasn’t been spent cooking has been used giving the place that “company’s coming” sparkle of clean. Now the party is in full swing and your feet hurt a bit from being up on them all day but everyone appears to be having a great time and everyone is talking without fussing or fighting. Suddenly, at 1:00 am everybody stands still and then starts leaving your house, you can no longer even talk to them! How rude, how odd! Is it something you said, your breath maybe? There was also that really, really cute one you'd like to invite to stay over after you told the others "goodbye". Hmm…then there all those beautiful guest rooms just sitting empty! What’s wrong with this picture? It lacks C&C’s Visitor Patch is what! Now that older couple you call “Mom and Dad” can stay a few days. Your visitors will no longer leave unless you ask them to or if they are lacking motives other than energy. The challenge is to keep all their motives up while keeping them from burning, burying under a pile of trash or dismantling your house from around you! Make SURE you read the "readme.txt" VERY carefully! A medicine cabinet that really holds medicine...what a concept!!! Brush your teeth, practice your public appearance or cure all of the three Sim Diseases. Effective against LL Guinea Pig Disease, Vacation Poopy Pants and Unleashed Mystery Ailment. Has the added advantage of cross-vector antimicrobial action that spreads throughout the lot where located. C&C Enterprises answering Sim needs with tomorrow's technology today! This cabinet is edited to appear in all lots, since you don't know where diseases will strike, if you are missing an EP just uncategorize it first. It's really easy, see how here.

NORMA JEAN BLUES BAR

We have what you need to put the sparkle in your sweethearts eyes or in a brand new lounge for your nightclub! Norma Jean aka Marylin Monroe in person will entertain your sims! Can it be any classier? The items below are composing a bar to be used in Studio Town, however Superstar is not needed to use most of them in other lots provided you uncategorize them first. It's really easy, see how here! HD is needed for the bar and NPCs to work as well as for the sofa since it's a cuddle couch.
