We welcome your feedback, just keep it civil and Interpol will not come knocking on your door! No really, you’re safe LOL! We don’t read our e-mail unless they’re flattering! That’s not really true either, we read them we just don’t believe you. However, please keep in mind that reading and answering e-mail is a time consuming process, so while we are doing that we won't be hacking or spending time with families and friends! So please respect us and we will respect you! !

  Currently we do not take “requests”, but suggestions and other exchanges of ideas are most welcome. We have a guest artist section. If you think you’re hacker enough and want to expose yourself to the slings and arrows of public opinion, don't hesitate to contact us. The more fun items - the more fun people will have! To quote the Vacation Rental Booth vendor, “ Fun-fun-FUN!”.

    If you are encountering problems with an object make sure you read our Technical Support section first, especially if your question ranges from:

- it doesn't work - Expansion pack requirements and/or readme test.

- no animation - Expansion pack requirements plus how to unzip animations.

- where shall I unzip the tutorial?

We will no longer reply to e-mails requesting for assistance on our files not containing the following magic words:"I did read your technical support section but... " Hey why did we take the time to write and update it :)? However, don't be shy we can understand you didn't understand it all! We are very kind, however don't abuse our kindness please! We are not a source of information, forums are and there are tons of good ones! And we hate not to reply to your requests, so think first before asking us, otherwise we will feel bad!
